Tamara’s Experience
In addition to her private practice training Tamara has worked in a specialist headache and migraine clinic for 2 years.
Over this time she learnt Watson headache techniques and the Mckenzie method to treat neck and headache related conditions.
Furthering Her Knowledge
Tamara has continued to up skill by attending post graduate courses to stay at the fore front of the latest research and treatment techniques.

Early Years
Tamara grew up on the south coast of New South Wales before she moved to Orange to study Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University.
Tamara has always had a passion for sport, she played representative soccer and futsal for many years in both the south coast and the hunter region.
Post University
Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2015, Tamara commenced her professional career at the Prince of Wales Hospital where she completed a new graduate program.
After this Tamara moved to the Hunter and started working in a private practice that expanded her knowledge of musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
Personal Life
Outside of the clinic Tamara likes to keep active she is a regular runner and enjoys gym classes.
On the weekends she loves watching sport and enjoys going to live A-league matches.
