Stacey Ly is a seasoned physiotherapist who has been practicing for over 20 years since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2004.

Stacey is highly skilled in addressing pregnancy-related concerns such as:

  • Urinary incontinence
  • Bladder and bowel dysfunction
  • Sexual and pelvic pain
  • Prolapse

Her specialty training in pessary fitting allows her to help women of all ages regain their mobility and return to their life activities with confidence.

With extensive experience in private practice, Stacey also specialises in treating a wide range of sporting injuries, including those related to netball, running and soccer.

In addition to her clinical work, Stacey has over 15 years of experience teaching Pilates, further enhancing her ability to support her patients’ overall well-being.

Personal Life:
Outside of work, Stacey is a devoted mother to a spirited 5 year old daughter who keeps her on her toes. In her free time, she enjoys running, bushwalking with her family, and dreaming of canyoning and fine dining—two passions she hopes to indulge in again soon.
