Mali is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA and member of the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc. Since completing a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) at the University of Newcastle in 2018, Mali has assisted people with their mental health within Occupational Rehabilitation, Employment Services, and Private Practice.

Mali draws on evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and is passionate about creating a culture of feedback so that people have an improved experience with therapy. Mali believes psychology should be both collaborative and educational and aims to help guide people through their problems. Mali enjoys learning about the ways we can apply philosophy and scientific thinking to the challenges of life.

Mali works with adults experiencing a range of psychological and behavioural difficulties, including depression, anxiety, anger, stress, grief and loss, drug and alcohol use, and post-traumatic stress. Mali also helps people experiencing issues with guilt, low self-confidence, procrastination, low motivation, worry and other problems of daily life.

Outside of work Mali enjoys spending time with family, film photography, trying new food, and keeping active.
