Jordan Walker - ATUNE Health Centres - Exercise Physiologist
Jordan is coming to us with a bachelor's degree in exercise and sport science and a master's degree in clinical exercise physiology.
What does Jordan treat?
Jordan treats abroad range of conditions and clientele, but he has special interests in working with any musculoskeletal injuries, and associated mental health conditions, and is focused on making exercise accessible, enjoyable, and rewarding for his patient. A few of the conditions include:
- Non-specific lower back pain
- Knee replacement
- Meniscal tears
- Anxiety
- Depression
- PTSD
- Hip and Knee osteoarthritis
What should you expect from Jordan?
Initial consultations range from 45-60 minutes including a detailed history of the condition, previous treatment, barriers, your goals relevant objective measures, and a tailored exercise program
Personal life:
Outside of work Jordan enjoys his time watching a variety of sports from Rugby Union to cricket both locally and on tv. If Jordan is not watching sport, he is more than likely to be playing with his two Pomeranians, Bear and Bella.
