She has a personal passion for pregnancy massage, as she feels that mums-to-be are some of the most deserving massage clients. Massage is standard care for pregnant women in many cultures, yet today in Western culture, it is often underestimated or overlooked.

Jess firmly believes that massage plays a vital role in assisting with pain management and for injury recovery. She has a passion in helping her clients to get back into their daily activities, whether that be sports or life duties, with greater range of movement, reduced muscular pain and feeling better overall.

Jess believes that massage therapy is great not only physically, but also mentally to help relax and calm the body and mind. This is important, as what is happening on the inside of the mind can affect the physical parts of the body.
