Heidrun Blair - ATUNE Health Centres - Dip. Remedial Massage

Heidrun is a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, with a Diploma gained in Newcastle.

Heidrun loves helping people by using her skills through:

Through showing stretches (PNF) and working with the 'Brügger' treatment (a Swiss concept that she finds incredibly effective)

Heidrun loves how complex and unique each one of us is, and she delights in finding the best possible treatment for each person to restore balance in their muscular system.

Heidrun was born in Germany, and studied and worked there as a physiotherapist. Twenty years ago, she left that career behind when her heart led her to work with an international charity for more than a decade. That time was spent on board a ship, known as the world’s largest travelling Book Fair, which served people in developing nations around the world.

She never managed to get her ‘sea legs’, but she did meet her Australian husband, and they have been living in Newcastle since 2016. They have three bilingual children, and all love it here very much and are proud to call it home.

Sport has always been part of Heidrun’s life. She has loved playing volleyball, and daily runs along Newcastle’s bush tracks are part of her morning routine. She also loves reading, spending time with family and friends, and keeping in contact with loved ones overseas.
