Brock McInerney - ATUNE Health Centres - Accredited Exercise Physiologist
B.Ex.Sp.&Sc. (UON), M.Clin.Ex.Phys. (CSU)
Brock McInerney is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and a passionate health professional who believes and lives by the statement;
"Make tomorrow better, so that you can live a happier, healthier life on your terms."
Brock graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Exercise Sport and Science in 2016. After, he continued his studies with a Master in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University, graduating early 2018.
During his studies, Brock worked as a Personal Trainer for four years in various gyms. As most of his PT clients suffered from musculoskeletal pain, he found helping his clients to be greatly rewarding, as he was helping people live pain free.
Brock developed a passion for helping his clients achieve their goals, reducing their pain through very specific and holistically exercise programs.
This passion for helping people, lead Brock into becoming an Accredited Exercise Physiologist where he has had the privilege to work with a variety of people for different backgrounds, including, war veterans, private, medicare and work cover clients.
Brock believes in integrated holistic care, an approach in health care that cares for the needs of individuals as a whole, working alongside other health professionals, to achieve the best health outcome, for each and every individual.
He found a parallel vision for holistic health care in ATUNE Health and was excited to come on board to become a part of the future of health care!
Outside of being an Exercise Physiologist, Brock enjoys spending time with his wife, family, (soon to be) baby and puppy dog. Brock also loves experimenting with various methods of training in the gym and enjoys being active outdoors.
