Adam has always had a passion for exercise. He enjoys helping those who want to move more but need some guidance. Adam has experience in a multitude of chronic health conditions. His goal is to enable people to independently manage their long-term health through promoting self-efficacy and independence.

Adam is dedicated to both physical and psychological healthcare, with a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, particularly the neck and shoulders. Adam is experienced in NDIS, Workers Compensation, Medicare and Aged Care. In addition to treating musculoskeletal conditions, Adam has a passion for mental health and disability.

Adam tries not to take himself too seriously, and when he's not in the clinic you’ll find him running, playing the PlayStation and exploring more of what the Hunter region has to offer.
