Jess made the move to Newcastle to join ATUNE Health Centres after graduating from RMIT University in Melbourne with a double degree in Health Sciences and Applied Science (Osteopathy). Jess grew up in country Victoria and moved to Melbourne to complete her Bachelor in Veterinary Bioscience, in doing so she was drawn to Osteopathy after her own string of injuries. She has since developed a passion for helping other people achieve their goals, whether that be to live life pain free or to enhance athletic performance.
Professional interests and philosophies
Jess enjoys treating people from all walks of life and uses a combination of firm hands-on techniques as well as more gentle techniques to suit the individual’s needs. With Jess’ passion for combining osteopathy with Pilates, these hands-on techniques are often used in conjunction with Pilates based exercise rehabilitation.
Jess loves to educate her patients to understand their owns bodies and tendencies and is passionate about empowering them to take control of their health so they can work towards long lasting outcomes.

Outside of ATUNE, Jess leads an active lifestyle and spends as much time as she can outdoors. You can find her making the most of the summer with extended beach time, travelling up and down the coast camping with her partner and dog, and then heading down to the snow in the winter.
