Holly is an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has completed postgraduate qualifications, including a Master of Psychology (Clinical), and is endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a board-approved supervisor and principal supervisor for the registrar program in Clinical Psychology.

Holly provides a compassionate approach and is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment for her clients to develop a deeper understanding of themselves. She has worked as a psychologist in a variety of health and mental health settings providing care to children and adolescents, and adults in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. 

Special Interests

Holly is passionate about women’s health, and particularly enjoys working with women during the perinatal period. She has worked with women experiencing difficulties adjusting to motherhood, perinatal depression, anxiety, and psychosis. 

Experience

Holly is skilled in providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults dealing with adjustment disorders, trauma including PTSD, depression and mood disorders, anxiety, stress, grief, relationship issues, OCD, attachment issues, behaviour issues, perinatal depression, anxiety and psychosis, as well as family therapy and parenting interventions. 

Holly has many years of experience in attachment therapy, helping children, parents, and families build strong, nurturing relationships. Holly is a trained Circle of Security facilitator. 

Holly is skilled in comprehensive psychological assessment for people across the lifespan and utilises evidence-based treatment such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Based Therapy (FBT).

Holly’s work in suicide prevention spans diverse ages and backgrounds, reflecting her passion for helping people through life’s most challenging moments.

Holly also has experience in psycho-oncology, working with inpatients and outpatients who have had a cancer diagnosis and have undergone or may be undergoing treatment.

Private Life

In her private life, Holly enjoys spending time with her children and appreciating their curious pace of life, being active, and cooking.
