Alexandra Lenkiewicz - ATUNE Health Centres - Osteopath
Alexandra Lenkiewicz graduated from RMIT with a double degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Osteopathy).
Alexandra has a keen interest in women's health, pelvic health, forms of dysautonomia (POTS) and neuroimmune conditions (ME/CFS), autonomic disorders, as well as food chemistry and herbal medicine.
Over the 5 years of studying, she spent a lot of time completing additional courses outside of the university, to further her expertise. These courses included myofascial release, cupping, dry needling, and sports training.
Alexandra also attended numerous workshops on pelvic health, pregnancy, chronic low back pain and craniosacral techniques.
For two years during her university study, she also worked at the RMIT health sciences clinic, where she treated a range of different musculoskeletal injuries and provided education and management advice to patients.
Alexandra has experience working with men and women's football clubs as well as primary school students involved in sport.
A little known fact about Alexandra, being brought up by 2 polish parents, as well as English, she can also speak fluent Polish!
In her downtime she loves hiking around mountain ranges, swimming at the beach, cooking and catching the sunset.
