Alexandra Searle (nee Lenkiewicz) - ATUNE Health Centres - Osteopath
B.H.Sc./B.A.Sc.(Ost) RMIT
Alex grew up in Melbourne where she has always had a keen interest in the human body and in helping people manage their pain using a combination of manual therapy, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
Special interests:
Alex loves to encourage her clients to take an active approach to achieving their physical health-related goals. This comes through teaching her clients how to best manage their condition independently. Alex utilises a wide range of osteopathic techniques and aims to tailor her treatment and management approach to suit what is most important to her clients.
She loves treating people from all walks of life but particularly likes treating headaches, neck and jaw-related complaints as well areas related to the back, hip, and pelvis.
Alex is also very passionate about pilates as it has not only helped her through her own pain management, but she sees the positive impact it has on the management of her client’s physical health and wellbeing also.
Furthering her knowledge:
- Myofascial cupping
- Dry needling
- Pilates instruction
About Alex:
When she is not at work or in her backyard doing pilates, Alex likes to keep herself busy with drawing or painting, takes great pleasure in cooking all types of cuisines and baking anything sweet, and loves doing most outdoor activities from hiking to roller skating!
