We may have crossed paths over the course of the last 8 years throughout my time on the reception desk. I am grateful to now continue my journey with the ATUNE family as a physiotherapist!
My passion is for people, and I love meeting new faces as I see them achieve their health goals. I enjoy treating a variety of conditions, utilising an integrated team approach and evidenced based research to help people of all ages live a happier healthier life that is free from limitations.
Whilst studying, I enjoyed working in the NNSW NPL space as a sports trainer for various local clubs and age groups, ranging from juniors to first grade. This fostered a passion for sports specific rehabilitation, and in my final year of study, enabled me to pursue the invaluable opportunity of servicing the Central Coast Mariners through their historic A-League and AFC Cup championship run. This is an experience which I am incredibly grateful for!
I have enjoyed being able to help design ATUNE’s Acute Sport Clinic and pursue my interest in acute injury management through presenting opportunities at various seminars.
Additionally, I am passionate about preventative healthcare and have loved designing pre-habilitation programs for various individuals and organisations throughout the hunter region.
Away from work, I enjoy maximising time with loved ones, very slowly improving my golf handicap and performing with various local bands behind the drum kit.
