Discover a Holistic Approach to Health and Wellness
At ATUNE Health Centres, we believe that true health goes beyond simply being free from illness.
Our dedicated Nutritonists are here to help you tap into your body’s natural healing abilities, guiding you toward optimal wellness from the inside out. We work with you to assess your diet and nutritional status, identify deficiencies, and create a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your health goals.
Whether through supplements or practical dietary adjustments, our goal is to empower you to make sustainable, positive changes for your health.

Nutritional Medicine is an evidence-based, holistic approach that addresses the root causes of health concerns and enhances the management of symptoms. By analysing the biochemistry of foods and their nutrients, this approach explores how each nutrient interacts with the body. It provides a natural way to support the body’s innate healing abilities.
When we eat, the body uses the nutrients in food to fuel essential functions, such as cell renewal, brain function, digestion, immunity, and energy production. Nutritional Medicine utilises "food as medicine" — harnessing the power of specific vitamins and minerals in foods to treat conditions therapeutically.
The foods you consume profoundly impact your body’s functions. We work with you to assess your diet and nutritional status, identify deficiencies, and create a personalised nutrition plan tailored to your health goals.
By focusing on whole, nutrient-dense foods, we help optimise energy, improve digestion, and enhance overall well-being. Our approach isn't about fad diets or one-size-fits-all solutions, it's about finding what works best for your body.
Our Nutritionists offer a range of natural treatments, including nutritional advice, supplementation, and lifestyle changes, all customised to meet your unique health needs. Whether through supplements or practical dietary adjustments, our goal is to empower you to make sustainable, positive changes for your health.

Sports Nutrition focuses on maximising athletic performance, effective training, and recovery. Nutritional needs vary significantly by sport and athlete, so personalised recommendations will be tailored to your specific activity, body composition, and goals. Factors including duration of activity, intensity, limited access to food or drink intake, and your body composition are all taken into account when creating a personalised treatment plan for you.Â
Our Nutritionists will guide you on the best food choices and timing for training days, game days, and post-game recovery. Nutritional supplements can also support performance, but we ensure that any recommended supplements are sport-appropriate and compliant with relevant guidelines.
At ATUNE, we use the BIA machine to analyse body composition, providing a broader understanding of your health. The machine works by sending electrical signals through the body to measure water, fat, and muscle mass densities. The scan is quick (about one minute) and non-invasive.
Your Nutritionist will interpret the results and incorporate any necessary adjustments into your treatment plan. The BIA scan is particularly useful for optimising athletic performance, supporting weight management, and assessing hydration levels.
For more information or to schedule a scan, please get in touch.
Our Nutritionists are highly qualified, having completed extensive clinical training during their studies. They hold Bachelor’s degrees in Health Science fields, including Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine or Clinical Nutrition, and may have additional specialised training relevant to their areas of interest.
We adhere to the highest professional standards and ethics, as outlined by our registration body. Our team is registered with leading industry organisations such as the NHAA, ANTA, and ATMS, ensuring you receive the highest level of care.
Follow up consultations
Your journey to better health often requires follow-up consultations to monitor your progress, refine your treatment plan, and address any concerns that may come up. These appointments are typically 30 minutes long, and we use this time to assess your progress, discuss any challenges you’ve faced, and plan the next steps in your health journey.
Depending on your condition and progress, follow-up visits may be scheduled more or less frequently. By staying in touch, we can make adjustments to your plan and ensure you stay motivated and on track to meet your health goals.
Initial Consultation
Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 60-minute session where we take the time to understand your health history, concerns, and goals. We’ll create a health timeline and review recent pathology reports to identify the underlying causes of your concerns.
Please bring any recent test results, medications, or supplements to the appointment so we can make the most accurate recommendations. We’ll discuss your diet, exercise habits, stress management, sleep patterns, and family history. Simple physical exams, such as body composition measurements and blood pressure checks, may also be performed.
We may recommend further tests, including blood tests or functional tests like microbiome mapping or food intolerance testing. These details, along with associated costs, will be discussed with you during the consultation.
At the end of your consultation, we’ll provide a preliminary treatment plan that may include tailored dietary advice, recipes, lifestyle recommendations, targeted nutritional supplements, and meal planning to help you implement the recommendations at home.
Follow-Up Consultations
Nutritional treatment plans often involve multiple steps, so follow-up appointments are essential for monitoring your progress and adjusting your plan as needed. These sessions help address any challenges, track progress, and outline next steps.
Standard follow-up appointments last 30 minutes, with extended sessions available (45-60 minutes) if you need additional time to discuss your treatment plan. The frequency of follow-up consultations will depend on your needs and progress, ensuring continued support on your health journey.
- Initial Consult (60 minutes) - $156
