Julie Elliott - ATUNE Health Centres - Dip. Remedial Massage and Lymphatic Drainage
Julie is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) and holds Diplomas in Remedial Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. She is delighted to join our ATUNE off-site team for aged care clients.
Her aim is to relieve muscular tension, stress, lower anxiety, increase circulation, and generate more flexibility for each client. She loves connecting with her home-visit clients, helping to bring some joy as well as quality of life into their life through massage.
Julie previously enjoyed working as a massage therapist in the Hunter Valley. She has also worked as a disability support worker for over ten years. She eagerly takes part in continued professional development as part of her ongoing accreditation for massage.
Personal Life
Julie loves dressmaking and design, creative writing, the theatre, reading history and non-fiction as well as watching a good documentary! She also enjoys the occasional weekend escape.
She enjoys learning about the amazing human body and in particular brain function.
