Anna Cummins
Naturopath - BHSc
Anna is a qualified naturopath with a strong focus on whole-family health, and a particular passion for supporting children and the families who care for them. Her work is grounded in a deep understanding of the gut–brain connection and the way nutrition, lifestyle, nervous system regulation, and daily demands shape physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing across all stages of life.
Anna takes an integrative, evidence-informed approach that blends contemporary research with traditional naturopathic principles. She recognises that health is rarely isolated to one system and that behaviour, focus, mood, digestion, and resilience are closely linked. This perspective allows her to support both children and adults in a way that feels practical, compassionate, and sustainable.
She works closely with busy families navigating stress, burnout, anxiety, hormonal transitions, and the complexities of supporting children with diverse health and developmental needs. Anna’s calm, collaborative style helps individuals and families feel heard, supported, and empowered, rather than overwhelmed.
In her practice, Anna draws on a range of therapeutic tools, including herbal medicine, nutrition, dietary counselling, lifestyle support, and flower essences. Her work focuses on identifying patterns and foundations rather than chasing symptoms, with the aim of building long-term health, balance, and resilience for the whole family.
