Professional interests and philosophies:

Josh loves that Osteopath’s are able to offer manual therapy to suit a wide range of clients.  He enjoys utilising a broad range of Osteopathic techniques as part of his treatment approach, tailoring treatment to suit the individual’s needs.

Josh enjoys treating low back and headache/neck complaints.  Josh also enjoys working with women through the journey of pregnancy and childbirth, helping them keep comfortable physically during pregnancy and assisting in their recovery post-partum.

Aside from using Osteopathic techniques to improve function and alignment to the body, Josh especially enjoys working with clients to change lifestyle habits and environmental factors which can be contributing to their pain and discomfort.  The most rewarding part of his job is seeing people suffering from chronic pain make sustainable changes that allow them to take back control of their pain and their body’s function.
