Spring Clean Today



Nobody loves spring cleaning. Every year without fail my beautiful wife walks into the bedroom and hands me a bucket and some cleaning products.  “Honey its spring cleaning time”. My weekend has now been lost.

In reality – although it isn’t fun, a clean home is essential for a happy and healthy household. You may get dirty during a spring clean but the feeling of satisfaction and cleanliness afterwards is worth the effort.

Just as a spring clean is extremely beneficial for your household it is also essential for your body’s health.  We have been created with several methods for our body to do its own spring clean.  This clean is better known as a detox or a food fast.  Fasting has many benefits for our, emotional and physical well being.

The physical process of limiting foods over several days or weeks triggers your body to begin a complete clean out. Fasting or detoxification will clean out your body filters such as your liver and kidney’s, allow rest for your overworked organs and will release the toxins that have accumulated in your body over the past year.  The final result is a wonderful feeling of health and wellness that enables you to have abundant life today.
